Sales Manager Jobs in District of Columbia
A Sales Manager in the publishing industry is tasked with leading and guiding a team of sales people. Their main responsibility is to develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the company's sales of books and other publications, also to achieve sales targets. They are in charge of setting individual sales targets, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback and coaching to the sales team.
