Role Overview : We're seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. In this critical role, you'll develop and execute data-driven initiatives across the full funnel that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, optimize conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value. This position offers significant growth opportunity and hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement full-funnel growth strategies that drive acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral metrics.
  • Build and optimize digital marketing programs across paid search, social, email, and content syndication.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve conversion rates at all stages of the customer journey.
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product teams to implement product-led growth initiatives and improve user onboarding.
  • Create and implement lead nurturing workflows and retention campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Develop compelling content and assets that drive awareness, conversion, and retention.
  • Manage marketing automation platform and CRM integration to ensure proper tracking and attribution throughout the customer journey.
  • Analyze performance metrics across the entire funnel and optimize programs to improve ROI.
  • Support event marketing strategy, including webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences.
  • Monitor growth KPIs and prepare reports on program effectiveness across all funnel stages.
  • Stay current on growth marketing best practices and recommend innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align growth activities with business goals.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on growth marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Experience executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across the full customer journey.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and user behavior analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyze metrics across the entire customer journey.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and retention marketing principles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
  • Located in Seattle or willing to relocate.
