Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Content Specialist, who will be a key player in shaping Intelerads content strategy, creating meaningful, client-centric content for the global organization. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and be excited about the opportunity to help drive brand awareness and connect our customers needs with Intelerads offerings. The person will demonstrate the ability to think both creatively and analytically to develop and manage a diverse content strategy comprised of digital resources, case studies, blogs, webinars, and other tactics from industry best practices. Excellent communication and cross-functional management abilities will be critical for this role.

Reports to the Manager, Content and Communications and helps execute on a cross-platform content strategy for Intelerad.
Create compelling, high-quality content across multiple formats.
Translate complex industry challenges into clear, impactful stories that highlight Intelerads value and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management, and the broader Marketing teamto ensure content aligns with business goals and meets customers needs.
Manage and maintain content calendars and workflows to ensure consistency, organization, and timely content delivery throughout the year.
Play a key role in the development and maintenance of Intelerads webinar program, customer quote catalog, and case studies.
Be the point of contact for external partners, creating a collaborative and supportive relationship to achieve partnership goals, co-created content and successful educational programs.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the overall content strategy and execution.
Measure and analyze content performance using data-driven insights to assess impact of content produced as it relates to the Marketing teams demand generation goals.
As part of the marketing team, you will play a critical, collaborative role in driving a high-quality sales pipeline through strategic, engaging content.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing, or related field (or equivalent)
2+ years experience in a similar role
Creativity and the ability to develop original content
Proficiency in latest content trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and oral
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time
Strong leadership qualities
Metrics-driven and results-oriented
Preferred:
Healthcare IT experience

Travel Requirements: 5% travel required, location limited to North America (US and Canada)
