What You'll Do

• Partner with the Creative Team to develop content across multiple platforms, including print, video, and web
• Write short form copy from headlines, emails, and social media
• Interpret input from various sources to create meaningful communication materials
• Produce well-written content that is optimized for advertising, marketing, and branding
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign work and "one-off" projects
• Perform all other duties, as assigned

What You'll Need

• Intermediate knowledge of different forms of content (print, video, web, etc.) and a great sense of design
• Intermediate writing skills, including creativity plus grammar and style
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines with limited supervision
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with team members and external partners
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred
• One (1) year of experience in a marketing or advertising position required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
