As our Social Media Content Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind building our online presence and engaging with our community across multiple social media platforms. What You'll Do:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and post engaging content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Capture photos and videos at DGDG Does Good events, on-site inventory, and daily company activities.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure a steady flow of consistent and timely posts.

Audience Engagement & Growth:

  • Monitor social media analytics to track performance and discover areas for improvement.
  • Foster an interactive community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Use tools to measure audience growth, engagement, and campaign success.

Brand Reputation:

  • Write thoughtful responses to reviews, engaging with our customers and community.
  • Escalate any negative feedback to the leadership team to ensure timely resolutions.

Organic Content Strategy & Advertising Support:

  • Create and optimize organic social media content that complements our advertising efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align organic content with paid campaigns for a seamless brand presence.

Brand Messaging & Strategy:

  • Keep DGDG's brand voice consistent across all platforms while aligning with marketing goals and company values.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce content that drives brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Stay ahead of trends and provide fresh insights to enhance our social media presence.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of social media management experience, ideally within the automotive industry or retail.
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok, plus experience with social media management tools.
  • Skilled in META Business Suite.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and content creation abilities (photo, video, and copywriting).
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations is highly desirable.
