Production Artist Immediate Opening!

Key Responsibilities:

Create production proofs with speed and accuracy

Set up and organize artwork files for production

Resize, recolor, and adjust vector-based artwork files as needed

Ensure consistency and accuracy in pre-production artwork

Communicate directly with customers via email and phone regarding artwork and approval processes

Email proofs for customer approval and handle revisions as necessary

Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle general corrections to provided vector artwork

Experience working in a production/pre-production environment (not a design role)

Organizational skills and a strong customer service mindset
