Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled graphic designer and visual storyteller with a strong eye for composition, layout, and brand expression. This designer excels at communicating concepts through compelling presentations, using a mix of typography, imagery, and layout to bring ideas to life. They have experience in branding and visual identity design, with the ability to curate visuals, source imagery, and structure narratives that support a design vision.

A hybrid role is preferred for collaboration in our Long Beach office, but fully remote candidates will be considered. Some travel is required.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), they craft polished presentations that clearly convey creative ideas. Additionally, they are comfortable working with clients, participating in calls, and presenting project deliverables with clarity and confidence. A background in hospitality, environmental branding, or experiential design is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate brand narratives into visuals.
• Experience in hospitality or retail branding is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design compelling layouts for branding presentations using InDesign.
• Collaborate with the team to develop brand narratives, names, logos, visual identity systems, and collateral mockups.
• Participate in client calls and presentations, effectively communicating design rationale and project direction.
• Gather and curate imagery, design assets, and supporting visuals to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across branding and presentation materials.

Salary Range: up to $80,000 annually (compensation commensurate with experience)
