About the role

The IT Marketing team at Rippling is part of our rocket ship journey toward $1B ARR. As the Senior Content Marketing Manager for our IT suite, youll be part of one of Ripplings startups within a startup helping build and scale our standalone IT business.

Rippling IT is transforming how lean teams manage identity, access, devices, and inventory in one unified platform. But we are not just building a best-in-class product, we are reshaping the narrative around modern IT management.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and technically fluent content marketer who understands that IT professionals are not looking for more marketing. They are looking for content that respects their expertise, reflects their challenges, and delivers real insight.

You will lead content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences, crafting everything from blog posts and whitepapers to videos, newsletters, and customer stories. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply curious about the IT persona and can translate technical ideas into content that is clear, valuable, and authentic.

Your work will help build credibility, drive awareness, and position Rippling IT as the go-to platform for the future of IT management.

What you will do
  • Own and execute content that drives awareness and demand for Ripplings IT products
  • Write and produce clear, compelling contentblog posts, whitepapers, email sequences, case studies, social posts, scripts, and more
  • Create short-form video content and assist in video scripting, direction, and production (bonus: appear on camera as a voice for Rippling IT)
  • Work closely with GTM, Growth, and Demand Gen to bring campaigns to life across the funnel
  • Build content with "mileage" in minddevelop modular, repurposable pieces that can be reused across channels
  • Interview IT customers, influencers, and internal stakeholders to generate original thought leadership content
  • Track and report on content performance, using insights to iterate and optimize
  • Contribute ideas and identify new content opportunities that resonate with our target personas
What you will need
  • At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer/IT tools
  • Exceptional writing skills with a strong grasp of storytelling, tone, and structure, especially for technical or hybrid audiences
  • Experience producing video content, including scripting, planning, and optionally appearing on camera
  • A demonstrated ability to translate complex technical ideas into accessible, engaging narratives
  • Strong instincts around audience resonance. You think like your reader and speak directly to them
  • A data-informed mindset. You're not afraid to look at performance metrics and iterate accordingly
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; excited to wear many hats and collaborate across teams
