As a Content Manager on the Leadership Edge team, you will support the Content Management Team Manager in managing and prioritizing the creation of content and learning assets across the full suite of the Leadership Edge portfolio. You will work closely with the Customer Experience Team for eLearning design, manage video editing and design and ensure high-quality content through rigorous quality assurance (QA) and content review processes. Additionally, you will; manage records and documentation, engage with the Leadership Edge community and support branding initiatives. You as the ideal candidate will bring your expertise in content management and your ability to liaise with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the Leadership Edge content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Leadership Edge teams to ensure high-quality program content.
  • Manage Leadership Edge content updates, version control, and governance.
  • Liaise with Customer Experience Team for eLearning design and calendar alignment.
  • Own video portal process, including editing and design.
  • Support branding and rebranding initiatives.
  • Conduct content reviews for consistency and quality.
  • Perform legal and compliance reviews for policy adherence.
  • Contribute to QA process and governance.
  • Manage Asset Tracker and Book of Work.
  • Maintain portfolio hygiene and HCM admin for evergreen courses.
  • Serve as SharePoint owner and print liaison for ILT materials

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in eLearning design.
  • Strong QA and content review skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance review processes.
  • Proficiency in managing digital content platforms, such as SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in eLearning and microlearning development using tools like Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Premiere.
  • Experience in video editing and design.
