Full Job DescriptionOur client, a luxury real estate company, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team.This is onsite M-Th in New York City and remote Friday.You will be responsible for executing high-quality visual designs across digital and print platforms to support corporate branding and marketing initiatives for office, retail, and residential properties.The ideal candidate:Has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, typography, and digital design. Should be an adaptable, proactive problem solver who can work well under pressure and within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to Rudin's marketing materials.Responsibilities:Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, social media assets, signage, and branded collateralEnsure brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to newly developed corporate brand guidelinesCollaborate closely with the Creative Director, Graphic Design, Marketing Team, and external partners to execute creative solutionsManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and design excellenceDevelop and refine templates for recurring marketing needs, such as leasing and tenant communications, presentations, and email campaignsRetouch and edit images for use across marketing channels, ensuring high-quality visual presentationAssist in print production coordination, ensuring all materials are prepared correctly and meet brand specificationsSupport event branding and marketing needs, including invitations, digital displays, and promotional materialsContribute to digital projects, including website assets, email marketing templates, and interactive mediaRequirements:5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within real estate, architecture, hospitality, or a related industryBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics strongly preferred)Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills, with experience creating visually compelling, on-brand marketing materials.Experience in print production, digital design, and email marketingAbility to work within established brand guidelines while introducing new ideas that elevate the brandStrong attention to detail, time and project management, and organization skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take creative direction and translate it into high-quality design workExperience with real estate marketing materials, property branding, or leasing campaignsKnowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a bonus but not requiredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
