At Gundersen HealthSystem, we\'re seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Practiceand Patient Management (PPM) Strategic Work Team. You will work todevelop solutions that improve and ease patient access to appointmentsthrough optimization of scheduling and online scheduling solutions.Practice and Patient Management uses the Agile methodology(Scrumframework). As part of the team you will: Work with clinics to developand monitor provider templates and scheduling algorithms for alldepartments, as well as provide best practice recommendations inaccordance with industry and organizational best practices. Perform the\"how\" from the prioritized backlog using the Scrum framework tocomplete assigned work during a sprint Understand the priorities,vision, mission, and how the solutions connect with staff. Becomefamiliar with the Scrum framework and participate and lead various scrumevents, as well as meet and collaborate with key stakeholders andsubject matter experts. Support and engage in change management, as wellas have meaningful connections with frontline staff to understand whatthey need and ensure that the solutions being created meet their needs.Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organizationmaximizes template efficiency, productivity, access opportunities andmeets operational needs. Act as a scheduling liaison between clinics,operations, and Cadence/PPM teams. It is important that a developer onthe Practice and Patient Management team brings innovative thinking tothe team and is able to quickly learn and adapt and bring solutionsbased on feedback.It is key that Developers are collaborators,influential, innovative, coachable, take initiative, autonomous, andcustomer-centric. What\'s Available: Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0FTE) Schedule: Monday-Friday days Primarily remote position with theoccasionalon-site needs across a variety of campuses What Do You Need:Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent years of experience and education Atleast 2 years\' experience as an Instructional Designer or within asimilar role Ability to think critically,analyze data,and make sounddecisions aligned with long-term goals. The ability to effectivelycommunicate with stakeholders A strong desire to work collaborativelywith cross-functional teams.
